Drama Club

The Drama Club encourages students to audition for school musicals and plays.

Helping Hands Club

Helping Hands is a club that will inform students about local, national, and global issues. Students will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their world. Throughout the year, students will take part in a variety of events. Some of the activities that Helping Hands has participated in include Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF, Rise Against Hunger food packaging event, and the annual Senior Citizen Breakfast. Additional events/activities will be determined throughout the year with input from Helping Hands members.  Helping Hands meetings take place on Wednesday mornings.  8:15 am – 9:00 am   Cost:  $50

Newspaper Club

Members of the Eisenhower Eagle will report on happenings throughout the school by way of interviews, note taking, writing articles, editing, and publishing three to four editions of the newspaper during the school year.

Robotics Club

Class is FULL. Registration is closed. 

Learn about building and programming robots using LEGO platform starting with RCX and NXT and then graduating to EV3. In addition to having fun, participants learn about mechanical and software design, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Students will complete several projects and mini-challenges through which they will learn how to control the robot to pick up and avoid obstacles. Projects are structured as to allow students to work in an open-ended, investigative environment while having fun. The Club will consist of 16 sessions starting in October. Please use the online Google form for registration. First come, first serve basis.

Details: This session is held on a Friday from 8:00-8:50 am, in room 700. The fee to join the club is $50, please send in a check payable to BRRSD.
