Alison Lardieri of Bridgewater-Raritan High School placed third in the NJSIAA Individual State Gymnastics Championship meet on Saturday, November 9, at Brick Memorial High School.
Lardieri, a sophomore, finished third with a score of 37.3. The state champion was Natalie Lindgren of Rumson-Fair Haven High School, who scored a 38.75. Runner-up was Ava Trezza of Middletown South High School who posted a 38.4
Lardeiri also placed third in the bars and sixth on the vault.
She helped Bridgewater-Raritan finish eighth in the State Individual Team Championship meet that was held on Thursday, November 7, at Brick Memorial. Bridgewater-Raritan posted a score of 107.025.
Mount Olive High School won the state team championship with a score of 110.625.
