Eisenhower School is proud to celebrate Gina Hayden as our 2025-2026 Governor’s Educator of the Year.
With 29 years of dedication to 5th Grade math, science, and social studies at Eisenhower, Mrs. Hayden has shaped the learning journeys of countless students by fostering pride, resilience, and a belief in their own abilities.
Mrs. Hayden creates a welcoming, supportive, and structured classroom environment that ensures students learn through productive struggle and have the support to reach their greatest potential. Encouraging students to grow in confidence, self-advocacy, and self-regulation, Mrs. Hayden helps her students build the essential tools they need for success in fifth grade and beyond.
A leader in our math department, she expertly teaches multiple levels and partners closely with families through clear, proactive communication in support of learning. Beyond the classroom,
